Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree, trade certification, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of facilities maintenance or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.
• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks to preserve facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Complete painting, drywall repair, and other cosmetic improvements to maintain campus appearance.
• Assist with basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs as training allows.
• Support installation, replacement, and repair of building components and equipment.
• Maintain workshop areas and safety practices; operate tools and machinery safely.
• Assist with seasonal campus operations, including snow removal and weather-related responses.
