Job summary

University of Pittsburgh Greensburg is seeking a Maintenance Services II to perform general and craft maintenance in residence halls and support campus events. You will operate campus equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing tasks on a schedule.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of experience, and the ability to travel as needed. Work schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of equipment.

• Assist with painting, concrete work, and other fixtures.
• Complete work requests and notify management of needed materials.
• Support campus events and projects using facilities.
