Job summary

Londonderry Village is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Director in supervising the Maintenance and Grounds Departments across the campus. The role includes overseeing skilled and general staff, completing preventive maintenance, and handling safety compliance and inspections.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing work orders, and prioritizing tasks to ensure resident safety and environmental comfort.

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to read/understand blueprints and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and grounds staff to perform preventive and corrective work.
• Prioritize tasks based on resident safety and comfort.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on projects.
• Monitor supplies, place orders, and ensure proper storage.
• Perform routine inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Handle on-call and weekend maintenance coverage.
• Assist with carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed.
