Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Valid NYS driver’s license.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and janitorial skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to be physically active throughout the day.
• Speak and understand English.
• Compliance with health regulations for Mantoux testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property grounds and common areas.
• Perform basic repair tasks.
• Prioritize work orders and complete service requests.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from mechanic shop.
