Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts is seeking a Gym, Weight Room & Laundry Attendant (Work Study Only) to staff the front desk, greet facility users, and ensure proper check-in. The role includes monitoring safety, cleaning equipment, and assisting with laundry operations, while maintaining a welcoming environment for patrons.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable, and customer service-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff the front desk and greet facility users.
• Ensure all users check in before entering the facility.
• Monitor the gym and weight room areas for safety and proper use.
• Clean and sanitize floors, fitness machines, and equipment.
• Assist with laundry operations, including collecting, washing, drying, and organizing equipment and towels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all patrons.
