Job summary

Northern Arizona University’s Campus Living is seeking a Campus Living Engagement Coordinator (CLEC) to lead a team of 4–8 student employees and supervise a Graduate Assistant in a 12-month, full-time live-on role.

The CLEC will collaborate with Campus Living staff and partners to develop and implement programs that support student success in designated housing communities, while serving on a rotating Tier 2 on-call team to handle emergencies and crises as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Campus Living Engagement Framework and associated programs.
• Supervise 1–2 graduate assistants and 4–8 student staff.
• Support on-call coverage including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with Campus Living staff and partners to advance student success.
