Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 8th grade education and 1 year of full-time cooking experience.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to read weights and measures.
• Ability to read and interpret recipes and to perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proteins, starches, soups, sauces, and grab-n-go items.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Work as part of the unit culinary team and interact with customers during service.
