Job summary

You will oversee fire alarms, access control, CCTV, and emergency notification while coordinating withFacilities, IT, vendors, and regulators.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical certification or equivalent combination of education and experience in security technology or related fields.
Experience with life safety, access control, and surveillance systems preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot electronic/security systems and read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Operate, inspect, test, maintain, and improve life safety systems on campus.
Administer and maintain electronic access control for facilities and restricted areas.
Support video surveillance systems and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
Document configurations, permissions, and system changes.
Coordinate with facilities, IT, vendors, and emergency services for incidents.
