Job summary

St. Catherine University is seeking a full-time Campus Life Operations Manager in Saint Paul, MN.

The role leads Information Center and Campus Life Desk operations, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising 35–50 student employees and 2–4 Lead Student Workers, and handling day-to-day functions. Responsibilities include updating websites, newsletters, staffing plans, procedures, event logistics, and collaboration with Campus Life leadership to foster inclusive, student-centered service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2 years supervising employees.
Experience with scheduling to cover business operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in higher education.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or student engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee Information Center, Campus Life Desk, and Student Organization Center operations.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise 35–50 student employees and 2–4 Lead Student Workers.
Develop staffing plans to cover two desks and manage resources.
Update websites, prepare newsletters, and coordinate event logistics.
Maintain procedures, logs, inventory, and operating documentation.
Support Orientation and Honors programming and campus events.
