Job summary

The College of the Muscogee Nation seeks an Institutional Work Study to assist in various administrative roles on campus. You must remain a full-time CMN student, pass required screenings, and adhere to FERPA requirements. Tasks include data entry, filing, front-desk support, and instructor assistance, with a maximum of 20 hours per week per trimester.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include good interpersonal skills and the ability to read instructions and write small reports.
• Preferred: solid computer skills in word-processing, PowerPoint and spreadsheets.
• Related experience in a college or similar organization; Native American and Veteran Preference.
• Must be a full-time student in the College of the Muscogee Nation; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Office support: assist with preparation and filing of documents and back-up for reception.
• Enter data in data bank, sort documents, copy, and fax; answer telephone and take messages.
• Interact with the public politely; support instructors; assist with projects; other duties as assigned.
