Job summary

College of the Muscogee Nation seeks an Institutional Work Study to assist across multiple campus departments in Okmulgee, OK. Candidates must maintain full-time student status, meet credit and GPA requirements, and complete orientation with FERPA training.

Employment is limited to a trimester basis with a maximum of 20 hours per week, contingent on class schedules. Responsibilities include bookstore, cafeteria, housing, and office support, plus data entry and project tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student at College of the Muscogee Nation.
• Maintain 12+ credit hours and comply with program requirements.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Maintain CMN attendance policy and dress professionally.

Responsibilities

• Bookstore: sales and cash register duties.
• Cafeteria: sales, cash handling, kitchen assistance.
• Student housing: office support, transportation, policy enforcement.
• Offices: general office support and reception backup.
• Library: check out items and shelf maintenance.
• Enter data and file documents; basic word processing.
• Assist instructors and work on projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
