Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Student Ambassador in Charleston, SC for temporary employment through August 21, 2026. You will greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, complete applications, secure deposits, and process move-in paperwork.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and solid organizational skills. You will support leasing, marketing, and community initiatives, with a 20–25 hour weekly onsite schedule at $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to multitask.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and online databases.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive culture.
• Available to work 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, tours, showcase features and benefits.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork.
• Handle inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval; ensure move-ins.
• Assist with lease renewals and rent collections; support marketing.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives and weekly leasing meetings.
• Update reports and monitor market conditions for improvements.
• Manage service requests and plan resident functions.
• Maintain community appearance and enforce policies.
