Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director to lead the Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems, driving qualification, validation, and lifecycle management of critical lab technologies. You will partner with Quality, Research, Manufacturing, Engineering, and enterprise teams to ensure compliant, validated systems across the site.

Requirements include a Life Sciences/Engineering IT degree with 12+ years in pharma lab operations and hands-on LIMS/ELN/CDS/SDMS expertise, plus strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, IT or related field and 12+ years in pharmaceutical lab operations, informatics, instrument qualification, analytical systems, or IT roles supporting labs.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing laboratory informatics programs and benchtop systems across a multi-functional campus.
• Expertise in 21 CFR Part 11, USP <1058>, GAMP 5 categories 3/4/5, ICH Q2/Q7; hands-on with LIMS/ELN/CDS/SDMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems team.
• Act as campus-wide process owner for lab systems qualification, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Lead lab systems support and project execution across the site.
• Pursue innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
