Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manager - IT Lab Operations & Scientific Systems to lead lab IT platforms across Raritan, Spring House, Malvern, and Beerse. The role focuses on secure, scalable lab informatics and AI-ready data delivery for R&D labs.

The successful candidate will drive architecture, partner with vendors, and oversee end-to-end system lifecycles while collaborating with global teams to accelerate medicines development.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
Experience running IT platforms in life sciences and lab IT.
Ability to translate lab needs into technology solutions and support strategies.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools.

Responsibilities

Shape the technical roadmap for secure, connected lab IT operations.
Manage lab software, instrument control, facility systems, and automation.
Oversee lifecycle, onboarding, connectivity, remote access, and security.
Integrate LIMS/ELN/SDMS to enable AI-ready data and traceability.
Collaborate with partners to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
