Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is hiring a Senior Engineer, IT Laboratory & Quality Systems, Devens Biologics Digital Plant in Devens, MA. The role requires ensuring secure admin of documentation, lab equipment, and quality systems while supporting changes and audits.

Hybrid telecommuting is permitted; up to 20% domestic travel may be required. A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in validation or related fields is required, along with regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years progressive post-baccalaureate experience in Validation or related field.
• Experience with Lean/OpEx to optimize SDLC in regulated biotech/pharma environments.
• Familiarity with LIMS/LES/ELN and document management systems.
• Knowledge of SOPs, GDocP, cGMP, FDA/EU regulations; audits support.
• IT concepts incl. LDAP/Active Directory, databases, servers, user accounts, OS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure secure administration of documentation, benchtop equipment, lab, and quality systems.
• Provide end-to-end management within BMS systems to support changes, incidents, problems, and asset management.
• Collaborate with teams to develop methodologies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support QA and Manufacturing audits/inspections from internal and external orgs.
