Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems team, directing the deployment, validation, integration, and lifecycle management of laboratory informatics and benchtop instrument systems across GxP and non‑GxP operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical laboratory operations, laboratory informatics, instrument qualification, analytical systems, and IT roles supporting laboratory environments.
• Expertise in 21 CFR Part 11, USP <1058>, GAMP 5 guidelines; hands-on with LIMS, ELN, CDS, and SDMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems team.
• Define, implement, and track SLAs for laboratory systems support.
• Ensure laboratory systems compliance with regulatory requirements and data integrity policies.
• Collaborate with Quality, Research, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Digital Plant teams to align priorities.
