Zusammenfassung

The University of Oklahoma’s Wagner Dining, located at Headington Hall, seeks a kitchen/dining helper to prepare and portion menu items for residents and guests. You will measure ingredients, use kitchen equipment, and serve meals in a courteous manner while supporting campus events.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED; ServSafe preferred; background check may be required; Hepatitis A vaccine may be required; overtime may be scheduled.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• 6+ months restaurant kitchen/cooking/food services experience.

Aufgaben

• Prepare food following recipes and portion control standards.
• Properly measure, weigh and combine ingredients for quantity preparation.
• Utilize kitchen utensils and industrial equipment safely.
• Serve food courteously with knowledge of menu items.
• Load, carry, and transport food items to serving lines and tables.
• Assist with special events across the University and campuses.
• Support other food services staff as needed.
• Follow sanitation and cleanliness standards in the work area.
• Note: 5-hour shifts include a free meal; uniforms provided at no cost.
