Genuine Foods in Saint Leo, FL seeks a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve meals in our production kitchen, following daily menus and recipes. You will join a supportive team that values respect and collaboration, focusing on customer service for students and educators.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of line cook experience, works well under pressure, and is committed to safe, high-quality food preparation in a school environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of line cook or culinary experience.
• Must be able to work in a school environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible and team-oriented.
• Punctual and reliable with time/attendance.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times.
• Cook and prep food accurately based on recipes and specifications provided by the Chef/Genuine Foods.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure all food is prepared on time for service.
• Maintain a clean working environment and assist the team with additional cleaning duties.
• Keep area stocked and organized.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
