Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• At least one year of comparable work experience is required.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with PC hardware and software applications, networking, and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Provide secondary systems support and operational support for electronic networking activities.
• Assist for product-specific technical assistance across the college.
• Report to the Director of Network and Users Services; no supervisory responsibilities.
