Marotta Controls, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ seeks an IT Support Technician II to deliver advanced end-user support across the organization, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high customer service.

The role requires diagnosing moderately complex problems, documenting solutions, and assisting with deployments and projects. On-site duties with occasional travel to Montville; on-call rotation may apply; competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-user IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and enterprise desktop environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Active Directory user/group administration and authentication.
• Familiar with Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN and wired/wireless networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level II support for desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
• Escalation point for Level I and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Diagnose Windows, hardware, networking, and authentication problems.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook).
• Support Citrix/VDI environments and remote access.
• Administer AD accounts and group policies (basic).
• Document incidents and solutions in the ITSM system.
