Job summary

The University of Olivet is seeking an ITS Systems Technician to maintain and repair IT endpoints across campus, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, IoTs, printers, cameras, and AV systems. You will ensure reliable voice/data networks and support the campus AV infrastructure, collaborating with departments to implement new IT/AV solutions.

Two years of PC support experience with Windows networking and Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange are required; a Bachelor's degree is

Qualifications

Two years of PC Support experience with Windows networking or equivalent in higher education computer services.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years in higher education IT.
Experience with Office 365, AD, Exchange, and PC hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain voice and data network infrastructure.
Maintain campus multi-user computers and networks.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; coordinate with vendors and tickets.
Assist departments with technology-driven process improvements.
Provide second-tier IT support and resolve tickets.
Support campus AV systems and equipment.
Manage campus IT equipment inventory and assets.
Engage in ongoing technical training.
