Job summary

Qualifications
- Two years of PC support experience with Windows networking.
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Windows Server / MS 365 Cloud (AD & Exchange).
- Troubleshoot PC hardware, peripherals, and network issues.
- Operate, troubleshoot, set up and teardown AV equipment.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the voice and data network infrastructure.
- Maintain campus computers and networks, plus standalone PCs.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; coordinate with vendors.
- Assist departments with administrative process redesign using new technology.
- Provide second-tier IT support and resolve tickets.
- Support and maintain campus AV systems.
- Operate and maintain a diverse collection of computer hardware and software.
- Oversee IT equipment inventory and asset tracking.
