• Monitor the performance and reliability of the institution's network infrastructure and resolve issues to maintain connectivity.
• Configure and install network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls for secure access.
• Conduct regular network assessments and audits to evaluate security measures and vulnerabilities.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for a knowledge base.
• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students for network-related issues.
• Stay informed about emerging networking technologies and best practices.
• Participate in planning and executing network upgrades and expansions with vendors and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions for management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement network solutions that support institutional goals.
