Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years' experience with IP networks and supporting Cisco, HPE/Aruba, and firewall administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Network team to ensure security and connectivity.
• Provide end-user support for Tier-1 and Tier-2 network issues.
• Manage core network switches, routers, firewall and VoIP systems; deploy/update edge switches.
• Maintain DNS/DHCP, IP addressing, VLANs, and IP schemas.
• Mentor Junior Network Administrators and student staff.
