Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
- Two years of technical computer support, networking, and web app design experience preferred.
- Equivalent education/experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to students, faculty, and staff for software and hardware.
- Manage and maintain College of Pharmacy servers and workstations.
- Install, configure, diagnose, repair, and upgrade servers and peripheral devices.
- Serve as a helpdesk contact for exams, training, and equipment usage.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for traceability.
