Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Two years of technical computer support, networking, and web design experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support on site to students, faculty, and staff.
• Manage and maintain College of Pharmacy servers and workstations.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade servers and peripheral devices.
• Assist users with Echo 360 accounts and Canvas LMS usage.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for history.
• Coordinate with vendors and Howard University IT for budgets and upgrades.
• Train faculty and students on equipment usage and multimedia setups.
• Provide on-site IT support during exams and events.
