Macalester College is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to execute strategic plans that inform, engage, and connect the campus community. The role sits between the Communications & Marketing team and campus partners to align priorities, stories, and visuals for a well-informed community.

You will coordinate content across Mac Daily, announcements, and digital signage, advise partners on best practices, manage the events calendar, and support the daily internal

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams (designers, videographers, photographers) to guide visual content creation.
• Experience managing internal communication channels or newsletters within a complex organization.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates content across internal channels (Mac Daily, internal announcements, digital signage) with Communications & Marketing.
• Acts as strategic advisor to campus partners on best practices for internal audiences.
• Manages the college events calendar with various departments for timely promotion.
• Assists with production of the Mac Daily internal newsletter.
• Participates in team brainstorming to align internal messaging with marketing and external relations.
