Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in grades 6–12.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, manage, and lead adults toward strong professional growth and student outcomes.
• A deep commitment to educational equity and the belief that every student deserves access to an exceptional education.
• Strong instructional knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to continuous reflection and growth.

Responsibilities

• Coach, manage, and develop approximately 12–15 teachers through consistent, high-quality feedback and growth plans.
• Conduct weekly classroom observations and provide actionable feedback.
• Lead professional learning and implement data-driven instructional improvement.
• Collaborate with School Leadership Team to ensure rigorous, equitable instruction across campuses.
• Lead the implementation of schoolwide assessments and monitor progress toward goals.
