Job summary

DSST Public Schools is seeking an Associate School Director to serve as a senior leader and strategic partner to the School Director across multiple Denver/Aurora campuses. You will coach staff, drive student achievement, and strengthen schoolwide systems.

The ASD may focus on instructional leadership, culture, or operations depending on placement. You'll collaborate with DSST's Home Office and network leaders to implement data-driven improvements and develop future school leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience working in schools and classrooms.
• At least 2 years of school-based leadership experience in grades 6–12.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop exceptional teams as a strategic partner to the School Director.
• Coach, supervise, and evaluate teachers and school leaders through actionable feedback and PD.
• Use student achievement data to guide instructional decisions and monitor progress.
• Design and implement sustainable schoolwide systems that support student success and operations.
• Partner with DSST Home Office and network leaders to strengthen curriculum and assessments.
