Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of building HVAC/R systems across campus facilities.
• Troubleshoots and repairs HVAC/R components including AHU, coils, thermostats, and valves.
• Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment (belts, belts, coils, lubrication, etc.).
• Maintains accurate records of gauges, repairs, and downtime.
