Westtown School is seeking an experienced, full-time HVAC Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, and related building systems across campus. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work independently and with the Facilities team.

The technician is essential personnel and participates in on-call weekend rotations for emergencies.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in HVAC, electrical, or related skilled trade.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent work skills.

Mansioni

• Operate, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, heaters, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain records for maintenance scheduling and parts ordering.
• Plan, install, and modify equipment per codes and project requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings and diagnose problems to complete repairs.
• Participate in on‑call weekend rotation for emergencies.
