Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an Entry Level and Residential HVAC Certificate Program.
• Experience with HVAC controls and energy management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repair and replacement of HVAC equipment including boilers and chillers.
• Inspect and maintain building lighting, plumbing, and general systems.
• Operate EMS to monitor and program campus HVAC at a basic level.
