Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• One year of relevant work experience may substitute for one year of required education.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
• Assist with refrigeration equipment maintenance campus-wide.
• Maintain pool equipment, monitor pool operations, and obtain CPO within 60 days.
• Provide emergency response and shop support as needed.
