Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field conferred by start date.
• 1–3 years HR experience, preferably in recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as recruitment and onboarding support for the University.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure timely, organized transitions.
• Monitor background checks, E-Verify, and pre-employment requirements.
• Provide administrative support in PageUp and other HR systems.
• Assist with ePAF processing for new hires and separations.
• Handle employment verifications, PSLF forms, and other requests.
• Support HR reporting, records, and special projects as assigned.
