Job summary

IMG Academy is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness standards across its boarding school and sports training campus. You will perform advanced cleaning, operate floor machines, and provide dormitory laundry services.

You will monitor supplies, restock materials, and ensure safety procedures are followed in line with OSHA and campus standards. The role supports a large, diverse community with flexible scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in housekeeping or facilities is a plus.
• Proven customer service orientation with professional interactions with guests, students, and staff.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and best practices; institutional environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cleaning and sanitation tasks across campus facilities.
• Learn, operate, and maintain floor machines, vacuums, scrubbers, buffers, extractors safely.
• Complete routine housekeeping duties with attention to detail and consistency.
• Provide laundry services for dormitories and facilities, including washing and distributing linens.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting shortages or malfunctions promptly.
• Collect and remove trash and bulk materials, following safety guidelines.
