Gentle Touch Health Initiatives is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across the campus, ensuring residents, visitors and staff have a positive first impression.

You will perform routine cleaning of common areas, resident rooms, laundry duties, and seasonal tasks, with attention to safety and confidentiality. Shifts vary and may include weekends, evenings, and holidays to support resident needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience.
• Ability to read, write, spell, and understand English.
• Able to work independently and motivate oneself.
• Flexible and able to work with staff and residents.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Good work ethic.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Able to read, write, spell, do basic math, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, quality cleaning for residents and staff.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and cleaning cart.
• Follow routines per housekeeping schedule.
• Assure resident apartment and laundry are clean and sanitized as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues.
• Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe.
• Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.
