Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and appearance across our properties. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and help keep common areas, hallways, and restrooms pristine, while assisting with furniture placement and unit cleaning.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow instructions efficiently. Snow removal and exterior cleaning may be required seasonally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
• Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units.
• Clean exterior of the building; including exterior trash cans.
• Rotate waste cans daily.
• Remove snow from each entrance as necessary.
• Clean individual units as needed.
