The Pennington School is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to join the Operations team on the Pennington, NJ campus. You will maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across buildings and common areas, reporting to the Custodial Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to a clean, safe campus environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily cleaning of campus buildings, including offices, classrooms, dormitories, and athletics facilities.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Vacuum carpets and perform carpet-spotting as needed.
• Clean glass, windows, and other assigned surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, strip, and wax floors during school breaks.
• Collect and dispose of trash and single-stream recycling.
• Dust and polish furniture.
• Assist with event setups and other campus needs.
