Thomas Jefferson University seeks a vigilant Security Officer to protect university and hospital personnel, patients, students, visitors and assets. You will patrol fixed posts or on rounds, verify badges, and address security concerns across campus and hospital facilities.

The role requires ability to work all shifts, maintain calm under pressure, and support loss prevention and safety teams as needed.

Formación

• Must understand responsibilities and security systems used in 24-hour SRC.
• Capable of patrolling and responding to emergencies.
• Ability to work all shifts and maintain professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with staff, visitors and colleagues upholding Jefferson values.
• Perform security patrols and badge verifications; escort unauthorized persons.
• Respond to incidents, notify supervisors, and document clearly.
• Investigate incidents and maintain patrol logs for reporting.
