Job summary

Muse is launching on UT Austin and you will own the campus growth end-to-end, driving signups and engagement from zero to a thriving community. You’ll work directly with the founder with creative freedom to test, iterate, and execute a strategic growth plan while you’re still in school.

Qualifications

• Undergrad with at least two years left, deeply embedded in campus life.
• Proven track record of organizing events or driving attendance.
• Strong network within Greek life, clubs, or student government.
• Demonstrated ability to move quickly and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for music and consumer apps is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Own campus growth metrics and signup targets for UT Austin.
• Leverage campus networks to embed Muse and drive engagement.
• Plan and execute events and activities to boost adoption.
• Run multiple experiments, measure results, and scale the winner.
• Provide feedback to founder and help shape launch strategy.
