Otterbein SeniorLife in Saint Marys, OH is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain campus lawns, gardens, shrubs, and trees and to perform winter snow removal. This full-time role requires a valid Ohio driver's license and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, litter removal, planting, equipment maintenance, and assisting with roadways and sidewalks. DailyPay and strong benefits are offered, with CDL or pesticide license preferences and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio driver's license; CDL and pesticide license preferred.
• Experience: One to five years in grounds maintenance or related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mows grass using hand-propelled or riding lawn mowers.
• Trims shrubbery and trees under supervision.
• Removes litter from campus grounds, roadways, and parking lots.
• Plants, transplants, prunes, and fertilizes flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Assists in maintaining roadways sidewalks, and parking lots.
• Removes leaves from gutters, and rakes leaves as necessary.
• Applies pesticides as directed.
• Removes snow using power equipment or shovels.
• Spreads salt as needed.
