Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife seeks a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces across our Ohio locations. You’ll mow, trim, edge, weed, and assist with setup for outdoor activities, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and prior lawn care/landscaping experience. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive, non-profit health and human

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensure: Valid Ohio driver's license and insurability.
• Experience: Lawn care and landscaping experience required; familiarity with irrigation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mows lawn using hand, power, or riding mower.
• Trim and edge around walks, beds, and walls.
• Hand weed gardens and spread mulch.
• Trim shrubs and low hanging branches.
• Water plants and grass as needed.
• Assist with set up and tear down of tents for outdoor activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
