Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mows grass and trims with power mowers and other tools.
• Plant and weed flower beds around shrubs and trees as directed.
• Removes dead branches, prunes, and maintains trees.
• Assists with trash and debris removal.
• Rakes or blows leaves and grass.
• assists with snow removal and de-icing on campus.
• Supports maintenance tasks, including furniture moves and space setups.
• Maintains streets in the campus vicinity.
• Provides support to Facilities Management and other departments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
