Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb a ladder.
• Must be able to stand or bend for hours and be competent with groundskeeping tools.
• Must provide a valid driver’s license copy.
• Required documents include UTTC Application, Cover Letter, Resume, transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, trees, landscaping and ensure UTTC property looks attractive.
• Operate a variety of groundskeeping tools and equipment.
• Keep campus neat by mowing, edging, weeding and trimming hedges.
• Sweep and blow sidewalks, stairs, porches, and parking areas as needed.
• Seed and fertilize areas when necessary and complete assigned projects.
