Job summary

Northcentral Technical College (NTC) seeks a Maintenance, Building position to support facilities' safety, accessibility, and aesthetics. This role covers carpentry, painting, flooring, grounds care, and snow removal to keep campus spaces safe and inviting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with building trades and a commitment to safety. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate’s Degree preferred, and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Education / GED
• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Experience: 6 years in building maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and related woodwork.
• Paint, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and finishing tasks.
• Grounds maintenance including mowing, planting, and snow removal.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment and fleet support tasks.
• Safety, compliance, and training responsibilities for staff.
