Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a current OSHA 10 card.
• Must have a valid ND Driver's License and be insurable under UTTC's insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of construction projects.
• Assist with campus cleanup.
• Assist with painting.
• Assist with grounds keeping.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Follow UTTC procurement policies and procedures.
• Communicate with others to ensure projects are completed to satisfaction.
• Light general maintenance duties such as replacing bulbs, drains, appliances, and light carpentry.
