Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a grounds maintenance worker to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris cleanup. The role also includes upkeep of tools and adherence to safety policies.

The successful candidate will hold a valid California driver’s license and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This position supports UCI Health’s facilities across Orange County and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• One year of grounds maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license.
• Must be available to work alternate schedules and overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment contingent upon satisfactory background investigation and DMV pull notice.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Mows, rakes, and edges lawns; trims bushes and trees.
• Cleans up debris as required and maintains tools.
• Performs care and maintenance of groundskeeping tools.
