Qualifications

• Two years’ recent experience in planting, cultivating, and maintaining flowers and shrubs or general grounds maintenance.
• Possession of a valid driver's license or ability to obtain by date of hire.
• Strong knowledge of grounds maintenance methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate grounds staff, including planting, irrigation, fertilizing, and seasonal landscaping projects.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Train staff and student workers; monitor schedules and performance.
• Maintain records of work orders, equipment use, and chemical applications.
