Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSED is required.
• Related work experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL endorsement optional.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Current pesticide applicator license preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Performs snow removal to keep walkways, roads and parking lots clear.
• Maintains campus lawn and landscape, removing debris and trash.
• Schedules reseeding, fertilizing and pesticide application within budget.
• Maintains and schedules repairs for department buildings and equipment.
• Maintains inventory of equipment; notifies director of needs.
• Applies tar to roadways, performs concrete work, and paints lot lines.
