Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; six months of work experience acceptable in lieu.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Manufacturer’s training certificates for equipment used in duties preferred.
• 1–3 years of grounds maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance, mowing, planting bed care, and debris removal.
• Assist with campus events creation, setup, cleanup, or restoration as needed.
• Perform construction and routine maintenance tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License and an acceptable driver rating.
